CK’s services were known for being reliable and cost effective; however their company had a brand identity that was outdated, unprofessional and did not give a sense of credibility. During our research and touchpoint analysis, we found that their company had a great portfolio of main and support products and services, but a non-existent structure as well as brand architecture to help communicate these. We sought to revamp their brand from the core.
